1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of undectrans.com and any purchase made through this website. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. The seller
All contracts of sale are concluded with Undectrans Ltd., CRO 743129, registered at 14 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, D01 X4C7, Ireland.
3. Ordering
Purchases on undectrans.com are fulfilled by our official retail partner. When you click a purchase button you are redirected to the partner store where the sale is completed. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
4. Price and payment
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include Irish VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order via the payment providers of our retail partner.
5. Formation of contract
A contract is formed once you receive a written order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where the product has been incorrectly priced or is out of stock.
6. Delivery
Standard delivery within the Republic of Ireland takes 2–4 working days. Full delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Information.
7. Cancellation and returns
You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with S.I. No. 484/2013 – European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
8. Product information
Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor colour or texture variations may occur. Undectrans sponges are cleaning tools intended for household surfaces; they are not medical or food-contact devices.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law. Otherwise, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in force at the time of your order.
