Returns and Refunds Policy
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Under S.I. No. 484/2013 (European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013), consumers in Ireland have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
How to return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a short reason for return.
- We will send a pre-filled returns label within one working day.
- Post the goods, in a resaleable condition, to: Undectrans Ltd. Returns, Unit 6B, Little Island Business Park, Cork, T45 KP82, Ireland.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used at checkout. Shipping fees on the original order are refunded only where the full order is returned.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we will collect it at our cost and issue a full refund or send a free replacement, at your choice, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
Non-returnable items
Sponges that have been used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and characteristics, or that have been contaminated for hygiene reasons, may only be refunded partially at our discretion.
