Where we deliver

We deliver across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to other EU countries can be arranged on request via [email protected].

Delivery options

Standard (An Post / DPD): 2–4 working days — free during the current launch
Express: 1 working day for orders placed before 14:00 IST — €4.90
Collection: Free collection available from our Cork warehouse (by prior appointment)

Dispatch

Orders received before 14:00 IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 14:00, or on weekends and Irish public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Failed delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will leave a card and hold the parcel for 5 working days. Parcels returned to us as undelivered can be re-sent for an additional shipping fee.

Damaged parcels

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If damage is visible, refuse the delivery or note it on the courier's device. Report any damage within 48 hours to [email protected].
