Order and payment reference information from our retail partner

3. Legal bases

We rely on the following bases under Article 6 GDPR: performance of a contract (order fulfilment), legal obligation (accounting, consumer law), legitimate interest (site security, fraud prevention, service improvement) and consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies).

4. Retention

We keep order and invoicing records for six (6) years, as required by Irish tax legislation. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated after 14 months.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: our retail partner (order fulfilment), payment providers (payment processing), courier partners (delivery), and IT service providers under written data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers
